An idyllic place for families with children
An apartment in a building reminiscent of a villa in a park, with childcare facilities opposite and just a few minutes' walk from Lake Starnberg and Starnberg's regional train station: ehret+klein is currently creating the perfect place to live with completion scheduled for 2023.
The dilapidated structure will be replaced by a modern daycare center, which was designed together with the future users and is located in one of the five apartment buildings. The ensemble is rounded off by the underground garage with parking spaces for residents and employees.

Good things take time
After a planning phase of several years with various changes of planning, the building construction started in June 2021. After about ten months of construction, the Dinardpark is gradually becoming a new part of Starnberg. The brick exterior walls and the rustic wooden roofs add a special charm to the residences. Floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the greenery create an additional feel-good atmosphere.
