CAREFUL RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION

Renovation on historic ground

Together with our project partner Pegasus Capital Partners, we will be converting the former Sparkasse buildings in the heart of Bayreuth into a mix of residential and commercial space, cafes and restaurants, and cultural venues. Situated next to Bayreuth's opera house, the property offers an ideal location for artistic and cultural activities. The alleys and passageways that currently wind their way through the site will be redesigned to create spacious outdoor areas that offer residents and the people of Bayreuth attractive space in which to spend time.

Interim use as an alternative to standing empty

What were previously offices located at Badstraße 5 to 7 will be turned into temporary work and creative spaces within the framework of an interim-use concept. The affordable and central space in Bayreuth's city center is particularly suitable for start-ups, co-working, students and creative minds.
