NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH DAYCARE CENTER

From an industrial site to living space for all

A family-friendly residential development is now being created where an abandoned commercial building dominated Weilheim's urban landscape until 2022, thus changing the face of the district.  Bordered by a new residential quarter and a residential building in the immediate vicinity, the construction project will contribute to the further development of the property on Kanalstrasse in a meaningful and sustainable manner. In addition to the residential units, 75% of which are subsidized and will be allocated by the city of Weilheim, the project will also include a large daycare center boasting an almost 900-square-meter garden where the children can run around, play and build sandcastles.
