CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SPACE IN THE HEART OF KARLSRUHE
Living with a finger on the pulse of the city
In the center of Karlsruhe, just five minutes from Karlsruhe Palace, we took on the project management for a modern residential and commercial building that closes the existing structural gap along Karlstrasse. In a prime location and in accordance with high sustainability standards, 13 condominiums as well as two office and one retail unit were built here.

Im Vergleich zu Gas- oder Ölheizungen produziert diese nämlich rund 75 % weniger CO2 und ist zudem unabhängig gegenüber wirtschaftlich bedingten Preisschwankungen. Betrieben wird die Pumpe zu rund 70 % durch hauseigene Solaranlagen. Dreifach verglaste Kastenfenster minimieren ergänzend den Wärmeverlust nach außen und bieten zugleich einen sehr guten Schallschutz.
