CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SPACE IN THE HEART OF KARLSRUHE
Living with a finger on the pulse of the city
In the center of Karlsruhe, just five minutes from Karlsruhe Palace, we took on the project management for a modern residential and commercial building that closes the existing structural gap along Karlstrasse. In a prime location and in accordance with high sustainability standards, 13 condominiums as well as two office and one retail unit were built here.

Dreifach verglaste Kastenfenster minimieren ergänzend den Wärmeverlust nach außen und bieten zugleich einen sehr guten Schallschutz.
