HEIMERAN: the new, western gateway to the center of Munich. A state-of-the-art office complex, characterized by visionary architecture, has been created at Heimeranplatz in Munich's Westend district, at the corner of Ridlerstrasse and Garmischer Strasse. The twisted cubature of the HEIMERAN tower, which is screwed into the height, creates unique terraces and spectacular views over the city of Munich as well as over the foothills of the Alps to the Zugspitze.

With a roof terrace of around 800 m² and a spacious inner courtyard of around 450 m², the HEIMERAN offers air and space for relaxation - and all this in a green setting.

The connection to public transport is excellent thanks to the subway and suburban train stations as well as the bus stop right outside the front door. A car is basically superfluous at this location. In just a few minutes you can reach the main station or the city center by public transport - the same applies to the journey by bicycle.
